Enabling conversation
I am sorry to be writing less and less here. It’s just that the “Official Notifixious Blog” needs more attention (and more subscribers ;-)) for now. I will post less about Notifixious here, however! I had an interesting debate over Twitter a few days ago about whether Real-Time was a feature or not. In my [...]

Hyperlinks are the web
If you ask me what is the greatest thing in the web, I would say the hyperlinks! Actually, it’s the simplest thing, but it makes the difference between a sequence and a tree. A book is a sequence : you only have 1 direction (with 2 senses), links are bringing the other dimensions.
Notifixious Wordpress Plugin!
If you read this, it might be because you’ve received it through your Instant Messager (AIM, MSN, Yahoo! Messenger, GTalk, Jabber…), your SMS or your email address! I’ve just installed the first version of the Notifixious plugin on L’Ouvre Boite, and you should do the same : notify your readers when you publish a new post!
Notifixious widget!
This week have been very busy, and not only because my girlfriend’s mother is at home! One of the things I’ve been working on a lot is the widget! I know that most of you guys are bloggers and that you don’t like RSS : you’ll love the Notifixious’s widget!
Notifixious use case #2 : monitoring search results!
It’s just the begining for Notifixious and I am already happy to see that some people are making great feature request and are using Notifixious in ways I would not have expected : monitoring search results!
Most of “modern” search engines are now providing RSS/Atom feeds for their results, such as Summize (now Twitter Search), Technorati, [...]
Notifixious is up… and running!
Everything is in the title So, yes, after a few weeks of silence, Notifixious‘ new version is now online, up and running : go check out, you do not need invites anymore!
The users from the early days will notice that we removed some functionalities. That’s true, but 1) less is more and 2) it gives [...]
Leave Yahoo, join Notifixious
There is no day without the anouncement of an top exec or VP leaving Yahoo!. Of course, everyone complains and says that they’ll be missed at Yahoo! Individually, yes, maybe, but collectively, it’s not that sure!
Notifixio.us : Pre-Alpha, take 2
My blogging frequency is decreasing a lot, but I’ve got a good excuse, I’ve been working like hell the past few weeks. The good news is that I can officially say that Notifixio.us is in private beta again… Once again, I am sorry that it’s been soooo long, but it should be ok now!
