Notifixious Wordpress Plugin!
If you read this, it might be because you’ve received it through your Instant Messager (AIM, MSN, Yahoo! Messenger, GTalk, Jabber…), your SMS or your email address! I’ve just installed the first version of the Notifixious plugin on L’Ouvre Boite, and you should do the same : notify your readers when you publish a new post!
First, it increases your readers loyalty a lot! Second, it’s way better than RSS : they receive notifications faster, and they just receive a link, so they will come to your blog to check it out (while RSS readers steal your visitors!
It’s just the first version of the plugin, but I am pretty proud of it, and I really want to thanks Mathieu who was kind enough to do it, despite our “basic” API! If you guys want to work on a MovableType, Drupal, DotClear, or Typo version : feel free to contact me!
As usual, install it and give us feedback!
